Frequently asked questions

Testing, storage, ordering, and shipping — the questions researchers ask most.

What does 'research use only' mean?
Every compound we supply is intended solely for laboratory research by qualified professionals. Our products are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, or treatment.
Is every lot third-party tested?
Yes. Each production lot is analyzed by an independent laboratory for identity and purity using HPLC and mass spectrometry, and the certificate of analysis is published on the site for anyone to read before ordering.
What purity do you supply?
Research-grade material, typically ≥98% by HPLC. The exact figure for the lot you receive is printed on that lot's certificate of analysis rather than quoted as a blanket marketing claim.
How should lyophilized peptides be stored?
Sealed, frozen, and protected from light and moisture. After reconstitution, stability is much shorter and material is generally refrigerated and used promptly. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided. Follow your institution's protocols and the storage line on the lot COA.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. Creating an account lets us verify orders, keep a record tied to each shipment, and comply with our research-use-only policy. Signing up also gives you a one-time 15% discount and free shipping on your first order.
How are orders shipped?
Vials ship sealed and discreetly packaged from the United States. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as checkout completes.
What does 'testing in progress' mean on a product?
That compound has been manufactured but its independent lot testing is not yet complete. We do not sell material before its certificate of analysis is back, so those items are listed as coming soon until results are published.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled through PayPal, which also supports major credit and debit cards.
